If you ask any Irish person over the age of 40 they will probably remember the good room - it was an Irish tradition that has died out now (property is too expensive!) but back in the day people always had a "good room". This room, usually situated at the front of the house, was always kept immaculately.

The only time it was used was at Christmas, or if your parents needed to tell you bad news, or if the local priest came to visit. It was also a room that the man of the house would hide from the kids, read a book, and enjoy a stiff drink. Different times! 

The essential oil blend I have created for this soap is inspired by those leathery, stiff drink smells.
About: This bar is made in our larger molds and weighs between 4.5-5oz (125-140g). It features our smooth blend of sieved oatmeal and kaolin clay. 

Smells Like: You're sitting in the good room, relaxing with a leather-bound book and drinking a stiff drink. We don't use any fragrance other than essential oils - this soap features a base of cedarwood, middle notes of black pepper, and a subtle top note of orange and bergamot. 

Grit: This is a smooth soap, we actually sieve the small amount of oatmeal included (good for your skin) to try and keep it as smooth and silky as possible. 

Ingredients: Distilled water, Saponified Oils of (Olive, Coconut, Sustainable RSPO Palm, Castor), Shea Butter, Honey, Sieved Oatmeal, Essential Oils of Sweet Orange, Black Pepper, Cedarwood, Bergamot, Clove, Kaolin Clay, Sea Salt, Activated Charcoal.

To Make The Perfect Soap

CURED TO PERFECTION

Unlike some others out there, we actually cure all our soaps for 4 weeks before shipping them to our fulfillment center in the USA. Yes, this means we will sometimes be out of stock and will grow slower than other brands. However, this means they will be in perfect condition for you to use, and they will last more than 3-4 showers... On average, if cared for, our soaps last two weeks or more.

We recommend using our soap saver soapdish to extend the life of your soap. Also, leaving it outside the shower after use will make it last longer.
