It works a bit like a lipstick, if you twist it, the vial will rise up. To swap in a new scent, just pull the glass vial out and replace with a new one.
The downside of using natural essential oils, rather than fragrance oils is that this is more of a personal scent, rather than a 'project to the room' type scent.
The oils also dry down at different speeds, changing over time, and will react with your body chemistry. Best thing is to try them out!
