If you aren't happy with your purchase, get in touch within 99 days and we'll make it right — a free replacement at our expense or a full refund, whichever you prefer. We don't resell returns (for obvious hygiene reasons), so everything you receive is always brand new. Our goal is 100% satisfaction — though this isn't an open invitation to take advantage, and we reserve the right to use our best judgement. If a parcel returns to sender due to an incomplete address or no answer, we may charge a reshipping fee (especially if it keeps happening).
