This promotion is operated by The Black Stuff (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of: European Union countries, United Kingdom, United States (excluding residents of New York and Florida), Canada (excluding residents of Quebec). Entrants must be 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Black Stuff are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion begins on 25/2/2026 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on April 14, 2026. Winner will be selected on or about April 15, 2026.
4. How to Enter

Free Entry Methods: Subscribe to The Black Stuff email list – 10 entries. Join The Black Stuff official Facebook fan group – 10 entries. In person or via post to The Black Stuff 67F Heather Road, Sandyford Dublin D18H2V4 (must be received before end date). Limit one entry reward per person per free method. Facebook group membership must remain active through the date of winner selection.
Purchase Entry Methods: Purchase any product – 10 entries per product purchased. New subscription purchase – 20 entries per product in the initial subscription order (double entries apply to the first subscription order only — if subscription is cancelled during entry period these entries will be void). Add a voluntary checkout tip (“Buy the team a beer”) – 10 entries.
Entries are awarded based on completed transactions only. Entries associated with refunded, cancelled, charged-back, or disputed transactions will be void. There is no maximum on purchase-based entries. All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are fraudulent, automated, generated by bots, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: Two (2) return economy-class flights to Ireland, two (2) nights’ accommodation at a hotel selected by Sponsor, private visit and tour of The Black Stuff soap workshop, soap design session experience, dinner and drinks with The Black Stuff team. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Not to exceed $4,999 USD. Prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of winner confirmation. Travel dates subject to availability and mutual agreement. Flights and accommodation are selected and booked by Sponsor. Additional expenses (including but not limited to travel insurance, passports, visas, personal expenses, and incidental costs) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted via email within five (5) days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the winner.
7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and participation for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
9. Data Protection
Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
10. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of Ireland.
